Essential Skills
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Director to join our Asset-Backed Performance Analytics team in New York. This person will be responsible for managing a team of surveillance analysts and interface with investors and issuers. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining proprietary Fitch algorithms, which identify key collateral performance variables, and analyzing and interpreting the results. The position requires strong management, analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Word. Ideal candidates will have a BS/BA degree, a minimum of 3 years in portfolio management or familiarity with one or more Structured Finance deal structures.
