Individual will manage a team of five to ten in fixed income derivatives and FX business line

Salary $300K+

Responsibilities: Building and maintaining a proper control environment Developing and leading a Product Control team Facing off to Front Office senior management on a wide range of issues; Identifying processes that can be made more efficient and implementing improvements

Experience and Knowledge required: 10+ years Product Control experience Must have strong Fixed Income Derivative Product KnowledgeProfessional designation (CFA / CPA) Proven managerial experience Emerging Markets knowledge preferredFluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
