Lead the collections and customer service functions within Loan Servicing including but not limited to Early through Late Stage collections, Skip, Welcome Calls, Inbound, etc.

- Manage relationships with key internal and external clients

- Create a collaborative environment in which all associates at all levels of the departments are encouraged to voice concerns and opinions

- Be committed to creating an unparalleled customer experience in the financial services industry

- Manage a budget of up to $15 m

- Implement and practice aspects of Risk Management and Control Framework

Required Skills:
- Must have 5+ years experience managing at an exempt level in a call center environment and understanding of best practices. Auto Finance Collections or Financial Services Industry experience strongly preferred

- Exceptional people leader

- Very strong quantitative and problem solving skills

- Demonstrated ability to drive results, build relationships and influence senior executives

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different functional areas (e.g. finance, analysis, operations, etc.)

- Ability to focus on increasing productivity while maintaining a great associate environment

- Ability to create a future strategy, while also involved in day to day detail

- Undergraduate degree required and advanced degree preferred
