Portfolio Retention Director 

?  Direct responsibility for the development/implementation and ongoing over site of a formal SLC customer retention strategy.

?  Direct responsibility for meeting/exceeding SLC annual retention goals.  Specifically, this position is accountable for manage to a total attrition rate.

?  Works directly with Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Credit and Operations to analyze attrition activity across all products/portfolios regularly

?  Understand all root causes of customer attrition through regular customer profiling / consumer research

?  Translate detailed knowledge of competitive acquisition strategies and industry regulations into proactive/aggressive/profitable retention strategies

?  Work cross-functionally to measure and report on the results of all implemented strategies

 





Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years proven experience portfolio management with emphasis on financial results

?  Strong analytical skills

?  Proven experience managing to a P&L

?  Strong project management skills

?    Strong PC skills with emphasis on Excel, Access and Powerpoint

?  3-5 years of Direct to Consumer marketing with focus on direct sales discipline

?  Strong written and oral communication skills
