Director, Product Marketing and Sales

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

???????? Works with Elite Partners to create marketing campaigns and activities for all broker/dealers in the Advisor Group.

???????? Maintains contact with AG MFAs and FAs in order to increase sales of packaged products and market business building tools available.

???????? Attends marketing meetings and industry conferences as appropriate.

???????? Coordinates activities for Regional Business Management programs, National Education Conferences, and Top Producer retreats

???????? Responsible for problem resolution between FAs, Home Office, and sponsors.

???????? Approx. 15-20% travel required for job.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

?

???????? College degree in Finance, Marketing, or business related field required.

???????? Minimum of 5 years of financial industry experience in sales and marketing side of the business.

???????? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent presence while in front of a group of customers or fund partner representatives.

???????? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other related systems.

???????? Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks

???????? Detail and deadline oriented; self starter

???????? Exceptional organizational skills

???????? Must be creative and bring new ideas to fruition.

???????? NASD licenses a plus.
