Position Description
Monitor 3rd party vendors? abilities to print, and mail confirmations and include Prospectuses, as appropriate.
Reconcile daily processing.
Manage enhancement requests for print vendors, and communicate internal user requests for enhancements to vendor personnel, prepare test scripts, perform tests and obtain business unit sign-off, and then implement and monitor the enhancements.
Visit vendor production sites and monitor the process and make recommendations for improving vendor quality control, enhancing our clients? experiences, and minimize costs associated with sending communications to our clients.


Skills Required
As Director of Strategic Reporting, must have an outstanding understanding of Trade Operations and Prospectus Delivery Requirements. Understand security operations, and all aspects of trade support. Project Management Skills and superior oral and written communication skills are mandatory. The individual must be able to deal with and manage an external fulfilment partner. They must also be able to work internally with a diverse group in business colleagues, and a group of specific team members that manage confirmation and prospectus fulfillment Project Management.
Superior Oral and Written Communications Skills.
Detailed undetstanding of Trade Confirmation and Prospectus Fulfillment Requirements.
Trade Processing and Securities Operation experience.
Series 7 license and be very familiar with NYSE, SEC requirements for confirmation disclosure requirements as well as requirements for sending out Prospectuses.
