We are looking for an individual to help take?our Client Service?s?department to the next level.?

The job entails, but will not be limited to:
?
?? Client Service ? Handle all client service requests and issues.? The most common service matters are: Changing names and addresses, dividend/interest questions, phone-in applications, allocation changes and checks sent to clients.??The Goal is to provide our client's with more than expected service, so they are 'WOW'ed' and will not only stay clients for life, but refer others to us.
?? New Business ??Along with client service, this area will be the most critical to?the success?of the?Director of Client Services.?Clients?will be entrusting us with their life savings and?all transactions must be handled in a timely, efficient manner.
? Office Manager ??Oversee?our staff of three, and make sure our?mission, values?and protocols are being followed. A periodic review of our?protocols will be necessary in order to make sure they are still beneficial.
?? Licensing and Compliance Manager ? Ensure that the firm and partners are properly licensed with all companies and states.? Make sure office meets our Broker-Dealer's compliance requirements.? Assist in any audits by our Broker-Dealer, NASD, and State.
???Critical Challenges - Keep up to date with all developments, trends, practices and technology in the financial services industry.

Education/Job Experience:

???A four-year Bachelor?s degree is required.
???Prior experience in the financial services?field and a securities license is preferred, but not necessary.

Salary/Benefits:

???Starting salary is $37,500 to $43,500 based upon experience.
