Director of Data Mining and Management

 

Responsibilities:

Work with senior financial planners to create and execute a strategic game plan to ?data mine? their existing block of business for additional opportunities. Work closely with the ABS Leadership Team to implement ?retail? marketing strategy across multiple blocks of business. Help advisors target existing clients by quarterbacking a large-scale marketing campaign, aimed at improving ?profit per client? ratios and maintain persistency.  Creates, utilizes, and trains other advisors on what software exists to make process streamlined and efficient. Holds agents accountable for their activity and results, and their applications of the tools they are provided with. 

Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor?s degree and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Ideal candidate will obtain a series 7 license within six months of their start date. Position may also require travel throughout the country on an as-needed basis. Knowledge of LFA?s IT infrastructure and planner affiliation model is preferred but not required.
