Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

The position reports to Progenitor Cell Therapy?s Chief Business and Financial Officer (www.progenitorcelltherapy.com). The individual prepares and oversees the development and presentation of financial results to senior management and to the Board of Directors for three entities; is responsible for the development of systems for the tracking of performance against budget and of capital expenditures; assists the Chief Financial Officer with the preparation of document packages for obtaining debt and equity financing; reviews forecasts for operations; and assists with the financial assessment of new business opportunities.  The position requires a bachelor's degree with an MBA (CPA optional), and 7 to 10 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling, budgeting and capital expenditure monitoring.  Familiarity with the healthcare industry is desirable but not mandatory.  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals in a small, fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.  Leads and directs the work of others.  A wide degree of intelligence, creativity and latitude is expected.
