Fast growing small financial service firm seeking a Director of Operation in charge of product service and development, as well as other operational tasks.

To be successful at this position, she/he should be a strong communicator, have good leadership and project management quality. She/he will work closely with IT and sales/service personnel and take charge on operational issues. In addition, she/he should enjoy interacting with both retail and small institutional clients.T

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experiences in IT management related to financial services. Knowledge of retail forex trading markets and working experience of computer/Internet are preferable. College degree required.
