Requirements:

In this position, you will provide customer service to Retirement Plan participants in both inbound/outbound call center capacities while maximizing sales opportunities available. You will provide participants with needed distribution information while generating opportunities for asset retention in current retirement plan or through IRA rollovers. In addition, you will be responsible for meeting phone support stats, providing exceptional service to customers and generating sales referrals to Licensed Financial Specialists and Financial Advisors.

Must have demonstrated ability to offer a high-level of customer service in a financial services position. High school diploma and current Series 6/63 licenses (or willingness to obtain within six months) are required. Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are a must. Sales experience and investment experience desired. Bachelor?s degree is preferred. Hours for this position are 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
