District Manager

Ace Cash Express, a leading retail financial services company, is hiring a District Manager that thrives in a fast-paced environment.  The position is based in Cleveland, OH and the DM must live in the Cleveland metro area.  ACE offers excellent advancement opportunities and a compensation package that includes salary, bonuses, medical/dental/vision plans and 401K.

 

The primary role of the DM is working with store associates to establish and maintain excellent customer service.  Work involves but is not limited to: overseeing and supervising the operation of a group of assigned retail centers, ensuring maximized sales and profitability, inventory and expense control, meeting monthly and yearly Contribution To Plan (CTP) goals, and developing employees for future growth. 

 

The District Manager reports to the Regional Vice President.  Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to training staff, scheduling and monitoring work hours, performing center audits, enforcing center security and safety procedures, reviewing, interpreting, and acting upon reports, and monitoring and counseling employees regarding performance.

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

?  High school diploma or GED; Bachelors degree preferred

?  A minimum of three years hands-on multi-unit retail supervisory responsibility

?  Previous responsibility for profit and loss statements

?  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

?  Self-motivation and good organizational skills

?  General PC knowledge in Word and Excel
