Job Description:
Navigant Consulting, Inc. is currently searching for Diversified Capital Markets Consultants to join our rapidly growing Financial Services practice in New York City. This practice works with a diverse client base while providing a full compliment of consulting services to Global Financial Institutions.

Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas is required:
- Financial and/or Accounting consulting experience for large multinational investment banking clients
- Direct professional experience working for an Investment Banking
- Financial Process Improvement
- Financial Business Process Reengineering
- Financial Systems Implementation
- Financial Operational and Technology review
- Project/Engagement Management
- Risk and Regulatory Compliance
- GAP Assessments relating to financial metrics, controls, and regulations

Experience Required:
- 1-10 years of professional experience working in Consulting or Investment Banking
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; MBA degree is a plus
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus
- Current/previous Big 4/5 or Top Tier Consulting experience is a plus
- Strong client facing and communication skills are a must
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- Adaptable and the ability to think analytically and problem solve
- Knowledge of financial products (e.g. equities, derivatives, fixed income, securities) is beneficial

This position will require the candidate to travel as needed to client sites in North America and the United Kingdom.
