 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, grow and maintain CG businessHire, manage and train CG Regional Sales DirectorsOversee all FA training in the divisionInteraction with SB Divisional/Regional Directors and Branch ManagersApprove the planning of all training programsDeliver client seminars Participate in High Net Worth client presentations with FAs Participate in Institutional presentations Deliver specialized training in the division for Senior FA producers.Develop annual sales and marketing strategiesManage divisional P&L/budget

Four-year degree or equivalent experienceSeries 7, 63 & 65 or 7 & 66 required  Five to seven years separately managed account experienceSuccessful marketing and sales experienceExcellent presentation and training skillsDemonstrated management experiencePC proficient
