Documentation Specialist-Derivative Trading Operations

Our client, a major International Bank with offices in New York City, will be hiring a Documentation Specialist with 3 + years? experience for their Derivative Operations Group. This individual will serve as the main documentation contact, and will be handling cash product documentation as well as other administrative duties for the department.

 

The successful candidate will have experience at a major financial institution supporting ISDA negotiations managers, and solid knowledge of derivatives.  The bank is offering a starting salary up to $65K plus a bonus.

 

Major Responsibilities:

?  Serve as report coordinator, preparing all approvals for documentation

?  Review confirmations against OBS, help draft ISDA Agreements and handle on-going administrative duties, support OTC confirmation operations, support collateral team, handle document scanning

?  Coordinate Patriot Act documentation; help investigate trade discrepancies

 

Job Requirements:

?  3 + years? derivatives operations experience at a major financial services company

?  Experience with ISDA Agreements

?  Collateral experience a plus

?  Good PC skills

?  Good oral and written communication skills

?  Undergraduate degree
