XTF is dedicated to helping Financial Advisors get the most out of ETFs through a variety of ETF-based portfolios, unbiased analysis and online tools and resources.

 

XTF Group has been involved in the ETF industry from the earliest stages as its initial entity was founded in 2000. That initial entity, XTF MM (Market Making), handles over 300 million shares per year on the AMEX.

Due Diligence Officer: Job Description & Expectations

 

I. Summary of Responsibilities

 

The Due Diligence Officer of XTF Advisors will be expected to build and manage the business of client based due diligence and board reporting functions.  This includes, but is not limited to:

 

Create the RFP machine and database by which we will apply for new mandates.Work directly with the CEO and Compliance Officers to ensure all levels of compliance and reporting are satisfied.Understanding of the Financial Services Industry and underlying suite of products.Work with Board Members and analysts of our clients to ensure proper delivery of 15c3-1, SOX, and all related reporting and diligence requirements.Oversees, guides, and leads client maintenance and management division.Effective presentation skills in order to deliver information to clients and prospects in multiple mediums and settings.

 

II.  Selection Criteria

 Proven 5+ or more years experience .Posses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently or in a team environment on various projects.Able to travel and work effectively in external client environments.Exhibit strong initiative required to interface with clients and prospects on a daily bases.Ability to employ a consultative approach with clients by understanding client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.4 year college degree.Clean compliance background.NASD Series 7 and 24 license required.
