EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SPECIALIST

 

 

The Principal Financial Group currently has an opportunity available for an Employee Benefit Specialist at our location in Phoenix, AZ.

 

 Plan and conduct group one on one benefit enrollment meetings for medical and non-medical products of the Principal Financial Group  Bilingual preferred.

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 2-4 years? related work experience required. Must be able to acquire and maintain all required state licenses as outlined by the Principal Financial Group. . Advanced knowledge of industry products is required. Must have excellent customer service, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills, as well as basic analytical skills. Basic computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications preferred. Must be able to maintain accuracy while being detail-oriented. Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Travel required, up to 90%, including overnight stays. Will spend up to 90% of the time out of the office in face-to-face contact with customers, brokers and employees.
