ENTRY LEVEL - FINANCIAL

The NADA Retirement Administrators Inc., located in McLean, Virginia seeks college grads for positions in growing retirement trust. We offer generous benefits & great promotional opportunities. Primary responsibilities include process plan contributions; ensure timely and accurate posting of wage, contribution & loan paymnet information; monitor Trust Account depostis daily; high level of communication with plan sponsors over the phone and in writing.  Starting salary to the mid 30's + depending on experience.

 

Training and Qualifications:

 

BA/BS or equivalent experience required.  Excellent computer, organizational, analytical and mathematical skills required.  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  Ability to handle large volume of detail-oriented work in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment.  Produce accurate and timely work.  Exposure to basic investment theory and understanding of the mutual fund valuation process.  Knowledge of Retirement Plan Accounting and OmniPlus system a plus.  Use of Microsoft Office products to execute duties is required.  Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
