EXPERIENCED UNDERWRITER NEEDED

Our North Carolina Branch located in Huntersville (North of Charlotte) is searching for an experienced Underwriter who excels in what they do, has excellent communication skills, can provide first-class customer service and who loves to share their enthusiasm for their work with those around them.

 

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

 

?  Underwrite Conventional, and Alt-A mortgage loan packages.

?  Candidate must also have experience manually underwriting conventional and Alt-A loan.

?  Must have Minimum three years experience as an Underwriter

?  The ability to understand and apply underwriting guidelines to ensure loans comply with company, investor and regulatory requirements.

?  Review appraisal reports to insure the collateral is acceptable to First Magnus and investor guidelines.

?  Access the overall loan based on common sense and written guidelines.

?  Maintain positive relationships with brokers, A/E?s and branch employees.

?  Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

?  Having a DE / Lapp is a plus
