Escrow Analysis Workflow Coordinator

Perform the following activities:


 


Staff Interactions -


Prioritize and schedule work for all representatives

Respond to complex inquires from staff

Provide direction to resolve issues.

Assist in training new staff and ensuring ongoing growth and development of current team members.

Coordinate departmental activities and assist supervisor in monitoring staff performance.

Assist supervisor in staff communications, input in reviews, meeting, etc.

Ongoing staff coaching


Processes -


Develop root cause and ongoing trending.

Monitor service level performance

Serve as departmental liaison regarding  policies and procedures to other areas.


Auditing -


Assist supervisor in all unit audits.

Quality monitoring of staff performance.

Ensure compliance with RESPA and other regulatory guidelines.

Timely and accurate preparation of departmental reporting.


Projects -


Ongoing performance of special projects.


Other duties -


Act on behalf of the supervisor when absent

Perform other duties as required.


 


 




Mortgage servicing experience required

High School Diploma or Equivalency required. Bachelors degree preferred

Must be proficient in PC software

Excellent oral and written communications

Extremely strong organizational skills

Strong analytical aptitude

Ability to multi-task

Must be detail oriented

Exhibit a sense of urgenc in meeting deadlines

Team oriented
