Executive Assistant to CEO of INC 500 Company

 

Principle Duties and Essential Job Functions:

 

*Executive Secretary to the CEO *National Company with headquarters located in Austin, Texas *Responsibility:  Organizes and executes CEO's day to day activities *Coordinates and integrates multiple projects comprising of a consistant program of business progress. * Determine ancillary projects to pursue and support. * Controls the project and ensures that project objectives remain consistent with the overall business strategy and are achieved on schedule. * Monitors and redefines project objectives to respond to changes in the business environment. * Responsible for the appropriateness, quality, and timeliness of all defined projects, manages inter-project dependencies and issues a project office to track and monitor project results. * Works closely with senior management, various boards and business function managers to steer the projects and business organization toward achieving the intended business results * Some travel required
