Experienced Collection Manager

We have an immediate career opportunity for a Collection Manager as a result of the continued growth of our company. The Collection Manager will be responsible for managing a minimum of 8-15 collection specialists. Duties will include supervising staff to perform tasks effectively, meeting monthly production standards, management file reviews, meeting and exceeding compliance standards, driving portfolio liquidation and other goals. Qualifications include at least 2-years of management experience in collections. Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must have strong follow-up skills and the ability to negotiate as well as being results oriented and have the ability to work effectively in difficult situations. Need to have the ability to lead and motivate employees within the assigned group.
