Overview

Participates in the preparation of all external financial reporting, annual report and other required SEC filings, including the information gathering process.? Provides technical consulting support to financial management at the corporate and divisional level on the treatment of accounting issues, implementation of new accounting standards and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB regulations.? Monitors compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC and PCAOB regulations.

Essential Responsibilities
Managing, participating and enhancing the process for preparation of the Company?s quarterly and year-end SEC financial statements and filings.? This includes; 10-Q, 10-K, 8K, S-9, S-3, proxy statement, and annual report.
Monitoring, participating and enhancing formal processes for obtaining and analyzing information obtained from the entity worldwide to be used in the preparation of the Company?s SEC filings
Monitoring, participating and enhancing formal processes to ensure that appropriate evidential support is maintained to support all disclosures in the Company?s SEC filings
Assisting with the maintenance and updating of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 monitoring processes and procedures; working closely with the S404 team.
Providing technical research on accounting issues and new accounting standards
Managing and participating in the preparation of other SEC filings (i.e. 8-Ks, registration statements).
Reviewing and providing feedback on existing accounting policies
Prepare the statement of cash flows
Prepare earnings release items such as EPS calculations, Web presentation, Executive package review, etc.
Oversee the Company?s application of US GAAP to complex GAAP areas such as restructuring and impairment analyses
Determine impact of new accounting pronouncements
Perform accounting research and provide technical advice to Company finance staff at locations around the world, including all global sites
Perform training on a global basis in US GAAP and SEC Requirements
Document internal controls over financial reporting relative to the SEC Reporting process as required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act-Section 404

Qualifications:
BS/BA in accounting, finance, or related field
CPA.? 3-5+ years of external reporting experience
Minimum 3+ years of big four public accounting experience; audit manager at a big four public accounting firm
Mastery of US GAAP, SEC reporting and accounting standards.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines
