Salary: Financial Advisors are commission based, independent contractors however financing packages are available for qualified Financial Advisors.  Compensation package for financial advisors are competitive, with no ceiling on earning potential.  Realistic first year income $35,000+

PA based financial services agency that specializes in the TSA/457 marketplace is looking for qualified producers throughout Pennsylvania who possess the following:

Qualifications & Characteristics:

. NASD Series 6 & 63 - Must be willing to switch Broker/Dealers (May Transfer Existing
  Client Base and Receive Higher Commission Payout on this Block of Business)
. PA Resident Life Insurance License
. Reside in PA, Good Credit History - No Personal/Business Bankruptcies
. Strong Work Ethic with High Personal Integrity & Desire to Succeed
. Good Listening and Speaking Skills
. Personable & Friendly
. Goal Oriented
. Competitive, Ambitious, Recognition and Achievement Motivated
. Previous Experience in Sales of Investment Products (Mutual Funds/Variable Annuities)

 

If this describes you, we would like you to partner with us in marketing investment and retirement planning services within our endorsed K through 12 public school marketplace.  This is a 150,000 person niche where employees of education including teachers, support staff and administrators really want and need to see you.

Our network of independent producers work protected territories, conduct group employee meetings and visit employees on site (during lunch hours, planning periods, before and after school) and offer personal retirement and investment planning products and services endorsed by the largest union in PA. 

These products include: Mutual Funds, Fixed and Variable Annuities, Pension/IRA Rollovers, Roth & Traditional IRAs, 529 Plans, Life, Long Term Care and Disability Insurance.

We provide comprehensive training and marketing support assistance.  We can help you gain market access/knowledge, develop/fine-tune you're selling skills and help make you successful.

 

Hours:

Financial Advisors set their own schedules at least 40 hours per week. The hours you work, can be flexible. The flexibility to work some scheduled evening and weekend hours is essential in providing high-quality service for clients who prefer evening or weekend appointments. Also the financial advisor must have the willingness to attend/conduct financial planning seminars and other meetings during the evening or on weekends as needed.
