We are currently seeking a Financial Manager to join our office located in Waltham, MA.

FINANCIAL MANAGER - Waltham, MA

Responsibilities:
Analyze lease and financial information regarding assets
Assist with preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual budget reporting for assigned entity, to include cash flows, income statements, balance sheets, income projections, escalation calculations and analysis, variance analysis and debt analysis
Ensure that assigned entity is in compliance with respective partnership, debt, lease and management agreement requirements, as necessary
Manage and supplement the financial component of various internal databases for the team, including Impress, to enhance the information pertinent to the asset
Work with property team and building's ownership on the monthly reporting or special projects
Interface with central accounting team and property team in all aspects of financial reporting
Attend and participate in client update meetings
Assist with presentation of financial information


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
Strong organization and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High computer proficiency in Excel
