FINANCIAL PLANNING SPECIALIST Responsibilities? Assist advisors in designing financial solutions for their clients; help advisors illustrate specific cases concerning their clients; contribute to advisors satisfaction by providing them with timely and responsive services, assistance with implementation and work products.? Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex personal financial planning concepts and discuss complex and personal financial issues with the financial planning team. Keep informed of current financial planning developments and effectively apply knowledge to client situations.? Thoroughly and accurately analyze information; work with internal resources to prepare practical and creative solutions to the client's financial planning situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions; share planning ideas with others as well as participate in and contribute to achieving team goals. Requirements? Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.? Minimum of two years of personal financial counseling experience, ideally within a professional services and/or a financial planning environment? Experience with federal income taxation matters? Broad exposure to financial planning? Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills ? Ability to effectively communicate with Advisors in person and via the phone  ? Strong presentation skills? Must be highly motivated and wiling to work in a team environment? CFP, MBA or CPA is desired? Securities licenses 7, 6, 63, 66 are strongly preferred
