FP&A - IT Budget Administrator

(a2 Provide financial support to the Information Technology (IT) team.

(a2 Manage IT budget, including variance analysis, budget development and monthly reporting and forecasting.

(a2 Prepare monthly accruals and journal entries for IT related expenditures.

(a2 Analyze and verify IT chargeback allocations.

(a2 Prepare detailed variance analysis of month-end financial results versus expectations.

(a2 Process purchase requests and invoice payments for IT software and consulting contracts.

(a2 Prepare monthly standard financial analysis package for IT managers.

(a2 Participate and support efforts to ensure the department achieves stated goals, including working successful completion of ACE requirements.


Bachelor (`9s degree in Business related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience (preferred), or Associates degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience.

Experience with the following systems: SAP, Brio, Microsoft Office, AZURE and SAP Requisition systems.

The ability to multi-task and to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities is a key success factor in this role. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and accurate; Must be extremely thorough, with good organization skills in order to maintain supporting documentation. Good interpersonal and communication skills are required for interaction with various levels of IT management.
