FileNet Business Operations Analyst

 You must have those attributes and the following:

 Minimum 2 years experience working with FileNet P8 v. 3.5, creating eForms and workflows, ECM, BPM, Records Manager, Email Manager, and/or Capture products;Experience integrating external applications with FileNet preferred.

 

We are a national leader in automotive finance / leasing operations servicing, seeking just such a person to analyze business processes, design ?ground up? eForms and workflows using FileNet ECM/BPM.  The candidate will be expected to design complex workflows from Day 1. 

 

Only those candidates with direct eForms and workflow design experience will  be considered.

 

Your duties will include:

?  Analyze business rules for determining the proper mapping and business process in FileNet BPM.

?  Design e-Forms to launch or integrate into workflows to achieve the goals of the business.

?  Determine any interfaces that are required for FileNet applications and work with the development team to integrate them into necessary processes.

?  Develop all interfaces and connectivity using best practices that have been established by FileNet.

?  Design test plans and training materials for new process implementation.

?  Analyze business reporting requirements and designing solutions.

?  Ability to integrate record retention requirements into workflows.

?  Ability to coordinate and interface workflows with Imaging, Email, RightFax, IVR and Web based applications.
