Finance Project Manager

Responsibilities:


Produce cost benefit analyses, exhibits and/or pro formas in support of enterprise initiatives, projects or policies.


Manage relationships with internal clients located in the Home Office and in the field and utilize strong influence management skills to effect the right solutions for the businesses.


Analyze current processes and procedures, recommending and implementing efficiencies and improvements.


Monitor key performance metrics for projects govern locally and by German parent company.


Coach junior level finance analysts.


Requirements:


BA/BS Degree in Finance or related field required. Graduate coursework a plus.


5+ years of finance experience, including experience in financial analysis and reporting is ideal.


Insurance or financial services industry experience is ideal.


Deadline and detailed orientation is crucial.


Strong communication and influence management skills; ability to work in a complex environment; analytical ability and thought leadership.


Customer Focus and relationship building are very critical for the success of this team. Customers include finance staff dedicated to the Business Units, Senior Management such as CFO and COO, other groups such as Accounting, and Planning.









Creating and maintaining sophisticated financial models. Advanced PC skills using Microsoft Excel required.


Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
