Financial Advisor - Ayco Personal Advisor Service

We provide comprehensive personal financial advisory and Investment Management services to senior-level executives of Fortune 500 companies.  Due to exceptional growth and expansion we are seeking a Personal Advisor for our Ayco Personal Advisor Service, part of our Investment Services Group.

 

The Investment Services Group is a natural extension of our financial expertise and reputation for delivering personal service to thousands of clients for over 30 years.  This division provides Investment Management and Brokerage Services to Ayco clients and has grown quickly since its inception in 1993.  Our goal is to provide Investment Services designed to match our clients? risk tolerance and individual investment objectives.

 

This department, currently located in Clifton Park, will be relocating to Latham in the late summer of 2007.

 

Responsibilities:

 Determine client objectives and proactively invest client assets.Prepare estate planning analyses, income tax projections, cash flow analyses, total return calculations and asset allocation models for clients.Extensive telephone contact and face-to-face meetings required.Offer Goldman Sachs investment services to prospective clients.Review the work of the APAS Financial Planner.Assist in establishing target revenue and assets under management goals and achieve these items.Minimum availability of 5 days per month travel required.Maintain regular contact with APAS clients to discuss their investment portfolios in stocks, bonds and mutual funds.Discuss and have detailed knowledge of the specific individual investments in client portfolios including stocks, bonds and mutual funds. 

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree in Finance or economics;CFP designation preferred;NASD licenses (Series 7 and Series 63);Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; strong client relations? skills;Self-motivated; team oriented.
