JOB SUMMARY:???? Develop and process student financial aid plans consistent with federal, state and ATI policies and regulations. Counsel all students on matters related to eligible financial aid.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Maintain 100%? processing load? Package and process awards Assist students and parents with financial aid planning and counsel to determine aid needsAssist students and parents with FAFSAPerform student ?Needs Analysis?Process FAFSA and review ISIR. Certify applicationsNegotiate payment plansConduct Entrance/Exit orientation with studentsReview Satisfactory Student Academic ProcessInsure aid is credited to students? accounts accurately and timely ? coordinate with accounting department to insure proper disbursements to studentsMaintain clean and accurate filesResponsible for regulatory reportsPartner with Admissions office to reach enrollment objectiveOther specific duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

?

???????? High school graduate (or GED equivalent)

???????? 6 months professional administrative experience

???????? 6 months experience using Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel)

???????? Excellent Customer Focus

???????? Highest levels of integrity and professionalism

???????? Solid communication skills (both verbal & written)
