DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is a Sr. Financial Analyst focusing on Marketing spend for the company.

Specific activities include:

? All budgeting activities for NA Marketing (Consumer, Field, HQ, PR, Corporate, and Product Marketing). Total budget of $140M per year, including contra spend.

? Forecasting marketing current and future spend at an aggregate level for WW Marketing, including all official variance report summaries for FP&A. This includes contra spend and marketing expense activity.

? Reporting on WW marketing spend by product, GEO, segment, etc.

? Managing the WW marketing spend versus budget throughout each quarter, including leading meetings with each group to determine if all the marketing money allocated will be spent during the quarter.

? Assisting the WW marketing teams on measuring ROI for marketing spend

? Booking approximately 5-7 month-end and quarter-end accruals for NA Marketing expense

? Working with A/P to ensure that all invoices received by McAfee have been submitted to A/P during quarter end close.

? Approving NA Marketing PO's and expense reports, ensuring that they're covered in current budgets (roughly 4 per day)

? Providing friendly, helpful assistance to the members of the marketing teams. These teams tend to be less Finance-centric, and look to us for guidance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

? 3-4 years financial analyst activity

? CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required.

? Accounting experience preferred, but not required.


QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

Bachelor?s degree.
