Essential Skills:

Performs financial analysis including conducting research and identifying, designing and implementing applications and tools to fulfill reporting and analysis needs; Plans, organizes, delivers and follows through on all return on investment opportunities; Supervises the payroll function; Responsible for budget development analysis and review; Provides information and assistance to management regarding expenditures, purchases and other costs of doing business.



Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in operational finance; College Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or other related field; Working knowledge of MS Office applications with exceptional proficiency with Window?s spreadsheet and database applications; Ability to prioritize; Able to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports and legal documents; Effectively present information to peers and senior management; Capable of working with peers and senior management across the organization; Displays an ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing business situations and command the execution of contract specifics or have a working knowledge of contract specifics; Supervisory experience is preferred; Knowledge and understanding of laws and corporate policies pertaining to Accounting and Payroll; Ability to interpret and analyze financial data presented through monthly statements and ledgers.
