Financial Analyst / Middle and Back Office Operations

Temporary employees are needed for long and short term finance and financial services positions in prestigious investment banks and financial services firms in New York City. Temp-to-hire potential for some of these positions.

Ideal candidates should have experience in the following areas:

Operations  (Middle/ Back office) 

Positions are available with experience in one or more of the following areas:Fixed Income Foreign Exchange Equities Asset Management  Operations / Back office settlements General trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations

Requirements:Experience in one or more areas of the following:  brokerage accounting, investigation/resolution of discrepancies, securities,  derivatives, portfolio management, cash breaks, fails, buy-ins, settlements (domestic and/or international), reconciliations, swaps, futures/options, and forecasting. Confirming trades and reconciling Trade breaks / discrepancies. Candidate must be proactive in researching and resolving trade problems. Attention to detail is a must. Good Communication and Written Skills

 All positions require proficiency in Excel and Word.  Pivot tables and V look up functions are a plus. 

Candidates must have middle and/or back office clearing experience.
