Financial Analyst Quantitative Support Product Controller - BPB

Credit Suisse's Center of Excellence in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina continues to expand and is looking for finance and accounting professionals for the following:

 

Overview of Role   

 

The Structured Product Group is the largest trading desk at Credit Suisse with more than 300 traders in North America covering whole loan securitization, pass-through, ABS, CMBS and cash CDO.The Quantitative Support Group is part of the Product Control organization. At present the group has twelve professionals (Two director, four VP, three AVP and three ENO).   

             

Main Duties/Responsibilities of the Role   

 

Validation of the internal marks
Review of the internal proprietary valuation models
Complex transaction review
Mark review reporting
Ad-hoc valuation issues
Knowledge of ARGUS (Real Estate Valuation software)

Due to the complexity of the portfolios and trading strategies the Group has developed a high level of expertise in valuing illiquid securities, complex structures with a variety of analytical tools including INTEX, Bloomberg. proprietary trading and prepayment models.
