Financial Analyst to $73k

Our client, a highly regarded real estate company, is looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will have exposure to both GAAP and Tax real estate accounting issues.

Responsibilities:

-  General partnership maintenance

-  Monthly bank reconciliation

-  Preparation of withholding forms (NR4, NR6)

-  Preparation of tax returns (T1s, T2s, T3s)

-  Review capital expenditures and input to BNA and GL

-  Consolidate trial balance

-  Record sales

-  Quarterly tax to GAAP conversions and entries and calculate GAAP step up basis for tendered units

-  Correspond with and provide information to auditor

Qualifications:

- Three years of real estate accounting experience in a midsized CPA firm.
