Financial Associate

The associate position provides the opportunity to handle a broad range administrative and deal management tasks.  This is an entrepreneurial environment where you will be directly involved in every aspect of the deal process, from initial client presentations to preparing closing documentation.  Those best suited are smart, ambitious, hard working and creative problem solvers.


Responsibilities will include:
-Financial modeling and related analysis

-Discounted cash flow and comparable company analysis supporting valuation opinions
-Preparation of executive summaries, offering memoranda, power point presentations
-Client visits and presentations
-Conducting due diligence
-Research on industry transactions

Candidate qualifications:
-Experience with a bulge bracket, major or boutique investment bank preferred

-Business, finance, accounting, economics or related background
-Self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills
-Superior analytical and quantitative skill

-Strong research skills with strong attention to detail
-Willingness to multi-task, handling the range of functions from administrative through deal

  making, and work closely with others in a small office
-Computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet)
