About you ?

You?re an administrative pro who doesn?t want to be a secretary.  You have top notch Microsoft Office skills.  You love organizing paper and projects.  You?re a pit bull when it comes to follow through and details rarely slip through your grasp. You enjoy filling out forms thoroughly and accurately.  You know how to juggle the calendar and handle meeting logistics. Amazingly, you also love serving clients and people often comment on your warm and professional phone presence.  You enjoy providing a positive experience every time you have a client contact. 

 

The Job Responsibilities ?

 

u Provide service to our practice?s best clients 

u Provide administrative support during our financial planning process

u Process  applications for financial products 

u Provide administrative support for marketing projects

u Set appointments and manage meeting logistics

u Master our firm?s proprietary financial planning software

u Create great looking documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
