RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Opens accounts and cross-sells Comerica products and services to new and existing customers while providing exceptional customer services.
-Provides assistance on the teller line as necessary.
-Assists Branch Service Manager with various non-customer related duties.


QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 2-3 years sales experience, recent banking experience preferred.
-12 months experience as a New Accounts Representative or CSR II with outstanding rating (18 months with successful rating.)
-Requires a minimum of 1 year experience providing exceptional customer service.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks independently as well as the ability to make appropriate decisions.
-Basic math skills to calculate simple interest.
-Banking Product knowledge.
-Demonstrated sales skills.
-Good written/verbal communication skills.
-Six months PC experience with Internet and email preferred.
