Financial Services - Account Representative

Look no further... Great-West Retirement Services is currently seeking an Enrollment Coordinator/Account Executive to handle group presentations, one-on-one counseling, administrative service delivery and the marketing of tax deferred retirement services.

We are currently seeking candidates interested in supporting the Deferred Compensation Programs.

General Responsibilities:
- Top performers in this role will meet with retirement plan participants at various field locations .
- Utilize outstanding listening and communication skills to obtain the necessary information in order to counsel participants regarding their specific retirement needs.
- Coordinate administrative functions and the marketing of employer-sponsored retirement benefits.

Preferred candidates will have:
- NASD Licenses 6 & 63 along with the VA Life Licenses are required to counsel participants on financial products. Interested candidates should either already have their licenses or be prepared to obtain once hired into the role.
- Ability to effectively communicate to large groups participants as well to individuals on a one-on-one basis
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. Looking for someone who can work independently.

This position is a base salary plus an incentive compensation bonus and does not involve a commission.
