Financial Services Admin Assistant w/Promotion Potential!

College graduate with 1-3 years administrative experience is sought to be a key member of the client servicing team of this financial services company in downtown DC. This is a challenging growth-oriented opportunity that requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. It is ideally suited toward candidates with an interest in a financial services career track.


This position requires strong MS Word & Excel skills, superior client service orientation, and a hunger to learn. BA preferred, previous exposure to finance a plus. Responsibilities will include basic administrative duties as well as fielding calls from high net worth clients, creating spreadsheets and running reports, and preparing presentations.
