Financial Services Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in a training program designed to prepare you for a career as a Financial Advisor by gaining product knowledge, and learning basic skills.
* Participate in proactive sales efforts and provide sales support to Financial Advisors.
* Responsible for inbound and outbound telephone calls.
* Perform customer account research to provide portfolio performance appraisals.
* Place stock trades (when appropriately licensed).
* Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Candidates who have completed Series 7, Series 66 and Life & Health licensing will be considered immediately.
* Strong interest in a sales career in the financial services industry.
* Prior securities experience a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Word and Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
