DO YOU:

 

? Have a minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience.  Financial institution experience is a plus.

? Enjoy developing customer relations and informing them of the benefits, functions and purpose of a product or service, which in turn meets and exceeds sales goals set by the organization?

? Possess strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills?

? Project a positive attitude which projects confidence that anything is possible and sees the positive opportunities inherent in situations?

The Financial Services Consultant assists members with inquiries pertaining to loans and account information.  You will assist members with loan applications, cross sales on new deposits, IRA requests, certificate requests, loan applications, auto, home and equity loans, trust accounts, and lease programs.  You will be given specialized training to understand the Credit Union?s operations, products, services, standards and procedures necessary to perform your daily responsibilities.
