Qualified District Management candidates must posses: Continued education including courses in Accounting and/or Business preferred2+ years in Financial Services and/or Payday Industries1 + years of Multi-Unit Management ExperienceSenior Level leadership, organizational and interpersonal skillsProven track record in building relationships with internal and external customers and an ability to motivate a team to a common set of goals Ability to direct multiple unit managers to ensure store profitability through management of Operational Performance as balanced to the financial goals must be willing to travel (more than 50%) to open stores in region

 

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:Motivate and drive a culture through store managers to achieve maximum productivity

? Lead team to attain profit goals through the attraction, training and retention of a diverse, quality, high performing workforce focused on customer service and satisfactionTrain and coach store managers on effective recruiting, hiring and training methods to ensure co-workers develop the knowledge base and skills required to be successfulComplete a monthly audit in every store. Correct deficiencies immediately, if possible, and follow up on those that cannot be corrected immediately to ensure they are correctedFollow up and monitor daily, weekly and monthly loans outstanding, charge-off?s delinquency, cash handling and control to achieve goals and standardsMonitor customer satisfaction while in the store and use customer complaints as an opportunity to win the customer for life
