ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The qualified candidate would be responsible for overseeing credit investigations, preparing documents to substantiate findings, and recommending written off accounts for outside placement; reviewing collection reports; evaluating collection policy and procedure effectiveness; assisting in process improvements; auditing delinquent accounts; and interviewing, hiring, and training financial services staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)or 2 years of related experience/training; 3 years of job-related experience; 8 years of credit & collections experience;  supervisory experience; and a demonstrated knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
