Job Description


Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

 

The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses.  Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.


Client Operations people are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions.  The difference with working in one of these functions at Accenture is that you'll be in a front-line role.  You could have a customer-facing position where you will have opportunities to think differently, provide input to improve processes and ultimately deliver better services to clients. In some cases, you might be working on customized, innovative services for a single client.  In others, you may provide proven services to more than one client, making every day different and interesting.  But you will always be focused on delivering high performance.


As a Market Data Administration Analyst specific responsibilities may include:

 Maintain Global Service Directory, vendor, contracts and other core structures for Global ServicesMaintain North American/European Union (NA/EU) Service Directory, contracts and other structuresUpdate Netting Rule & FOC Service Groups for NA/EUNA/EU Vendor Uploads (14 uploads) using MDM GP/BB InterfaceMaintain NA/EU Manual Inventory for approximately 80 NA/EU Vendor ContractsProcess NA/EU Manual MDM changesAssist in processing Leavers/TransfersReview and monitor various reports 

 

Qualifications

 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

 Strong Windows/ Microsoft Office knowledge, especially with Excel/AccessExcellent administrative skills, ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and attention to details

 

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

 Market Data Inventory Management experience Experience working with Falcon Database experience Financial Services industry experience
