Join the Investors Capital Recruiting Team for unlimited earnings potential and an enthusiastic work environment. Investors Capital Corporation (ICH:AMEX), a publicly traded company, is located in Lynnfield, MA. (20 minutes north of Boston)
Responsibilities will include expanding the existing sales force by recruiting financial advisors who are interested in starting their own practice. Investors Capital is an independent broker dealer with 800 reps through out the country. We provide the trading, compliance, operations, and legal services for them to run their business. The recruiter will cold call, travel, and develop relationships with brokers from wire houses, regional firms, and banks.
Qualifications:
Recruiting experience in a search firm or a broker dealer, an established network of financial advisors, licenses, and product knowledge of mutual funds, variable annuities, advisory services, and insurance.
Base salary & overrides, generous benefit plan.
