Major Duties and Functions Include:
The Financial Support Consultant manages the following major skill areas: ? Customer Financial Accounting & Projections ? Billing & Banking Reconciliation ? Customer Financial Reporting & Analysis ? Financial Project Management
Over-all accountability in all areas of revenue/profitability projections, reporting, financial accounting, banking, and billing for assigned customers.
Prepares Schedule A 5500 Reporting to customers. Determine appropriate reporting needs for customer, and administrative/financial managers and Directors as required and provide ongoing analysis as needed.
Partners with Account Executive, Client Services Administrative Manager and Client Services Director, and Client Services Administrative Consultant in meeting and exceeding the customers? expectations.
Assists in customer account audits, strategy meetings, account proposals and implementations.
Participates in cross-functional project teams designed to support key National Accounts initiatives or to enhance operational effectiveness. What You Need to Succeed:


Working knowledge of all primary Administrative Consultant functions: administration, contracts, account management and project management, or proven expertise in any one of the above areas.
Analytical thinking and decisiveness
Ability to work autonomously and to multi-task
Firm knowledge of MetLife?s group products, services and systems
