Boston asset manager needs a Financial Writer.  A minimum of 5-8 years of experience is required.  The Financial Writer will be responsible for keeping abreast of current topics of interest to clients and prospects.  Research these topics through a variety of resources (sell-side research, investment journals, market data, etc) and regularly generate expository documents for publication.  Work with senior investment professionals to generate informative publications for clients and prospects and produce research papers conveying views concerning specific investments (current market trends, white papers, etc.).  Must have an ability to generate topics to write about and champion these ideas into thorough publications. 

The ideal candidate will have a CFA and/or MBA or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience.  Must have a proven ability to research and write about advanced investment topics and an inquisitive approach towards investment markets.  Must have an ability to work well individually, as well as with others.  Knowledge of equity and fixed income investment strategies, in addition to risk management concepts a plus.
