UBS Asset Backed Finance group aims to hire intelligent, motivated and hard working aircraft/transportation industry focused banker to assist the Transport Asset Backed team to originate, structure and execute various complex securitization transactions. The job will require the candidate to analyze various aircraft, and intermodal leasing companies' cash flows, business models and help ascertain the best financing structures with an ultimate focus on securitization. The candidate needs to have an extensive analytical skill with deep knowledge in the industry. The candidate will work closely with rating agencies, external and internal legal, credit enhancers and investors to execute complicated and innovative securitization transactions. Working knowledge in warehouse type financing is also essential, where the candidate is expected to work with our legal and credit department in the preparation and negotiation of loan documents. The successful candidate will need to be capable of working from inception to closing of transactions. The candidate will be involved in deal origination and marketing as well.

Basic Qualifications
Sound knowledge of aircraft structured finance with a minimum of four - six years of relevant experience. Excellent analytical skills with good knowledge of various financial & legal structures for operating assets structured finance. Good written/verbal communication skills. Team player, self starter and capable of working under tight deadlinesWillingness to work flexible hours. Previous experience in one or more of the top investment banks in the aircraft finance area or aircraft related leasing company is preferred. Minimum Bachelor Degree Required
